We, Robert, Bernhard and Rudy, came to Huarazfor Climbing the summits of MAPARAJU, VALLUNARAJU, TOCLLARAJU and PISCO; the whole trip from Cllecting Us at airport Lima, via the stay in Lima, the trip to Huaraz, hotel in Huaraz, the trip to the base camps, the climbings, transfers and anything else was organized FIRST CLASS.
if We say that it was a pleasure to travel with PERU BERGSPORT, We first have in mind that:
* We had the two best available guides on our trips to the mountains, security is a main issue for PERU BERGSPORT.
* The food on our trips was always very delicious. it always met our wishes and it was (like the water) always well cooked, so many thanks to Rolando.
* The service of EDGAR ZAMBRANO ROMERO (Peru Bergsport's owner) was like for a V.I.P. He steadily asked for our wishes and made them true, even the change of a destination and some extra wishes have been no problem to him.

Finally We have to say that We had very much vacation with a very friendly and funny team for very little money. in comparison to another company, we already have joined two times in 2001 and 2002, PERU BERGSPORT is much more honest, powerfull, reliable and successfull in reaching the aimed summits.

I recently completed a 10 days trek of the Huayhuash in August 2005. Edgar provided a first rate service from Lima International Airport to Huaraz where the trek commenced. He was extremely punctual, afficient and helpful in all aspects of his serivices, including organizing the trip via e-mail prior to departure transport once in Peru and on the trek itself, Edgar personally guided my trek and knew the trail well, He was familiar with many local highland people in various campsites which allowed me to have a much more "Peruvian Experience" I would note that Edgar's english is excellent.

The Huayhuash Trek is magnificient, and I would highly recommend PERU BERGSPORT as a travel company

Dear Edgar.
we had an excellent four day trip. the first trip into the valley was easybut the scenery was very nice. the second day to the lake was the hardest day of the trek, but is wasn't too difficult. the second part near to Honkopampa was also nice on the third day an easy hike to the waterfall, on the last day to the hot springs we passed several villages, which was good for conversation with the local people.
the service was very good, the transport from our hotel to the trekking sites, good tents to sleep in, and really excellent food three times a day thank you very much for that to Victor Sanchez Caldua, your snak bag was also good to have with us during the walking.
when we come back in Peru we will definetely come back to Huaraz for a multy day trekking.

Our family recently spent three days in Huaraz and Huascran National Park, Edgar Zambrano Romero of PERU BERGSPORT was our private guide for our entire time. Edgar and his friend Victor Sanchez Caldua were excellent guides, they planned everything around our desires to take photographs and see the lakes and mountains, Edgar was a great guide who made sure that we saw the surrounding towns and history. Edgar was always very timely and Assisted in our bus connections to and from Huaraz. He always new where to find a good restaurant! We spend 3 weeks in Peru, which were perfectly organised by Edgar Zambrano PERU BERGSPORT
Even trekking ( Santa Cruz)) with Willi (the guide), Orlando (the cook) and the donkey drivers was one of the most beautifull thing we ever made.
The best of everything was, that we reached the summit of Pisco with Victor, who took care of us and with the cook and the porter, who made it very easy for us to come so far.

I was often on tour with other big companies, but I think Edgar and his crew can compare easily with them. We felt like beeing a part of a big family, who took care of us.

We`ve also been in Cusco and Puno with Perubergsport and we`ve found it very relaxing that everything was organised by Edgar, sothe only thing we do, is to enjoy everthing.

So we wish Edgar and his crew the best for the future, with a lot of tourists, who will spend their time with them.

Day 02 of September: Miña – Chachas
Day 03 of September: Chachas – Andagua
During the trekking with a great guide, Victor we have done one wonderful experience having a great service for us. We have done no problem and we thanks all equip for this.

Having only conversing with PERU BERGSPORT thought e-mail and not really knowing what to expect I arrived in Peru end June. I was really happy when I left the airport terminal to see someone holding a placard with my name on it, so this is when my adventure started having spending a day in Huaraz we left for various trekkings; first the Cordillera Huayhuash minitrek for three days excellent scenery and this is were I first slept in the north face tent wich was going to be my sleeping facility for many nights after.
After this first trekking We came back to the Hotel were I stayed during the various treks and mountain climbing expeditions. NG residential nice little hostel, clean and with very friendly hosts. The next trek 3 days from Olleros to Chavin spectacular scenery and a pass through the mountains from 4700 masl which helped me acclimatize for the mountains to come. The first mountain Pisco a hard climb to the summit with beautiful views on the way but with a very windy and cloudy summit.
After Pisco 5 days Chopicalqui 6350masl having got to the first camp 5650 masl´-
After Chopicalqui We went to Ishinka 5650 masl for 3 days, a beautiful basecamp with brilliant mountain views, having got up a little lake We made the summit in excellent time with beautiful panoramic views. During all of my treks and climbing I was accompanied by A Mountain Guide from Casa de Guias – Huaraz who took excellent care of me in the mountains. I would like to give Edgar Zambrano special thanks and recommend him to anyone who wants to go climbing. The food on all my trips was excellent and the guidance and equipment too. A 24 days experience with 2 treks and 3 mountain climbs not forgetting the Mountain Bike trip, were excellent and very well planned; therefore I would recommend PERU BERGSPORT to anyone coming to Peru for their excellent service and special care. did the Huayhuash Trek, organized by Peru Bergsport / Edgar Zambrano Romero, I can't say enough about how well organized it was, and how well taken care of I was, not only was I met at all arrival points and scorted for my transfers; but Edgar went out of his way to see that everything run smoothly.
The trek was a huge succes due largely to the guide William (who spoke excellent english), the Cook Lenner and the donkey driver Justino, who made the trip fun and made sure; I was well fed (too well !!!) and well informed.
Edgar and his staff are highly professional and I would happly reccomend that anyonetake advantage of the services he offers

We are fine and we think very often about our great trekking with perubergsport in Peru.
